hello!i think it is more clear that i get the describing of algorithm in mathmatic way form you and it is no problem for me to wait your mail about it in next week
and i talk about my thesis briefly in the following
first of all:i estimate three different models which are N4sid,Pem and Arz from measured data by increasing models' order and then i will get many poles from these three kind of models.what i have to do is to find out the real poles of the model from these poles.and then i compute the damping from the frequency of the poles.and plot a damping versus frequency of poles coordinates, afterward.Finally i employ your algorithm to pick out the clustering of which i can find out the real poles in the plot .and i put two plot in the attachment one is the original coordinates ,another is the plot in which i can find the poles of model.
